The story

Experience

From agency, to in-house, to software platform. I've built through all three.

  1. 2015 — 2016

    Pacific Digital Group

    Content Marketing Specialist

I cut my teeth in SEO at Pacific Digital, a startup digital agency in San Diego, running content partnerships and off-page SEO strategy for clients like Expedia. That's where I learned that a strong organic strategy starts with a strong product.

  2. Projects I'm proud of

    • [Placeholder] Owned the end-to-end SEO strategy and digital experience for Petco's services business — strategy through measurement.
    • [Placeholder] Drove organic discovery for new offerings like online scheduling, BOPUS, and pet insurance.
    • [Placeholder] Pioneered SEO reporting frameworks in Adobe Analytics that made organic impact legible to stakeholders across the business.
  3. Brands I've worked with

    • Adidas
    • Best Buy
    • DoorDash
    • Expedia
    • Gap
    • GoDaddy
    • Lowe's
    • NerdWallet
    • Nike
    • Nordstrom
    • Puma
    • REI
    • T-Mobile
    • Ulta

    Projects I'm proud of

    • [Placeholder] Built the SpeedWorkers program from near-zero — Jira epics, Confluence documentation, and a QA audit process the whole services org still runs on today.
    • [Placeholder] Designed a 90-day onboarding curriculum that ramps new SSMs to SpeedWorkers proficiency within a month.
    • [Placeholder] Built a SpeedWorkers ROI model for T-Mobile that turned an invisible infrastructure win into a number leadership could rally behind.
    • [Placeholder] Developed the 'Framework for SEO Excellence' for an Adidas executive business review — later repurposed as a repeatable methodology across other accounts.

How I work

Five principles that guide me in business and life.

  • Start with why

The big picture gives the work direction. Details and substance matter just as much because they determine whether the idea can survive reality. Understand the work deeply enough to connect the strategy to how it actually works.

  • Make things better

Start with what people need. Sweat the details that shape their experience, then finish something useful and worthy of their trust. A strong story can amplify a great product; it cannot substitute for one.

  • Put people first

Give people meaningful ownership and the support to grow. Share hard-won knowledge so capability compounds and others can understand the work, not merely follow instructions.

  • Operate in good faith

Be generous about intent and rigorous about facts. Listen before judging, test assumptions against reality, and say the true thing with empathy. Life is too short to be an asshole.

  • Stay curious

Look beyond what is to what could be. Explore without demanding immediate utility, but keep your judgment and taste. Curiosity opens possibilities; substance determines which ones deserve to become real.

Things I've built

I get energy from bringing ideas to life.
